Scuba Diving
When you step into the silent world beneath the sea, scuba diving is not just a sport; it is also a gateway to a tranquil haven in nature. The sight of fish of all sizes swimming through the myriad shades of blue, the colorful creatures dancing beneath the coral reefs, and the unique landscape that exists within the silence is like a dream come true for me. It is a privilege to witness the natural life of marine creatures in an environment untouched by human hands. However, there is a somber truth that I have come to realize with the passion that has grown in my heart over the past eight years: Unfortunately, environmental pollution in recent years is threatening this natural paradise. Plastic waste and pollution surrounding marine life are negatively impacting the habitats of these innocent creatures. Scuba diving means not only witnessing this natural wonder but also taking on the responsibility of protecting and raising awareness about these beauties. With this feeling of love and responsibility, I continue to explore this unique world in the depths of the sea and strive to pass it on to future generations.
I started diving in 2015 in Kaş, Turkey, a breathtaking coastal town in the Mediterranean Sea renowned as a diving paradise. It was on one of the country's most prestigious diving boats that I began this journey. I am eternally grateful to my instructors, Özgür DARA and Acun, who instilled discipline before love in this passion
